Shipping Terms

Domestic Shipping Terms: All items purchased are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Listed shipping quotes apply to the contiguous 48 states. If you require international shipping or to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us for shipping quotes.   We do ship to APO’s or P.O. Boxes. Most items ship within 24 – 48 hours after payment has been processed. Should you require faster shipping, please contact us at +1 (213) 592 – 6356 and we can provide you with faster shipping options.

Local Pickup: You are welcome to pick up your merchandise at our warehouse located in Troy, MI. Please contact us at +1 (213) 592 – 6356 to schedule an appointment so we may have your item(s) ready for pickup upon arrival. A 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to all items picked up at our location.

Payment Terms

Zelle Pay/PayPal: We accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Bitocin and PayPal.

We ship Worldwide.

On Credit Card transactions, if the “Bill To” and “Ship To” are not the same or the purchase exceeds $500.00, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Credit Card and Driver’s License.

Deposits: When placing a large or special order, we may require a deposit to hold and process your order. This amount will be non-refundable under most circumstances and will be deducted from your final purchase price. Your sales professional will provide you with the details if this policy is to be applicable.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your item(s), contact us at +1 (213) 592 – 6356 to arrange return of your merchandise. If exercising the Money Back Guarantee (see more details above in guarantee section), the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for return of the item. If exercising the Accuracy Guarantee, we will cover the cost of shipment in order to rectify the problem.

Refund Policy: All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment was received. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.

Guarantees

Quality Guarantee: All wheels are guaranteed to be straight, true and in the condition noted in the description of the item. If you feel your merchandise did not meet this standard, contact one of our sales professionals at +1 (213) 592 – 6356 to discuss your problem and solution.

Limited Warranty: TopTier Wheels offers a 1 year limited warranty to the original owner against any finish defects on refinished wheels, under normal wear and intended use. TTW agrees to refinish or replace the wheel, at TTW’s sole discretion, without charge, any wheel which is returned to TTW (freight prepaid) with a copy of the original sales invoice. This warranty does not include removal or installation. This warranty does not cover wheels which have defects caused by neglect, chemicals, accidents, installation and/or adverse weather conditions.

Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us, at your expense, to receive a refund of your purchase price. The item must be returned within 30 days and must arrive back at our facility in the condition in which it was shipped. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to exercise this guarantee. A 25% restocking fee will apply to custom or special orders.

Use Policy: INSPECT YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING ON YOUR VEHICLE. Please be aware that should you choose to install any wheels and / or tires on your vehicle, you forfeit all rights afforded to you under our Guarantee & Refund policy and your product cannot be returned.

Accuracy Guarantee: Detroit Wheel and Tire guarantees we will ship the item as described. In the event an incorrect item is shipped, we will cover all shipping expenses to rectify the problem and get you the correct merchandise.
